Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms applicable to digital services provided by AllImageLab. For purchases processed via Paddle, buyers may request a refund within at least 14 days from the date of purchase.

1. Digital Services

AllImageLab provides digital and server-side services. After a service has started or resource usage has begun, refund requests may be limited and will be reviewed in line with Paddle’s minimum 14-day refund period, depending on delivery/usage status. Exceptional cases are subject to Paddle policies.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled by the user. Cancellation only affects future billing periods. Refund requests made within the 14-day legal refund period will be reviewed under Paddle policies.

3. Technical Issues

If the service becomes unusable due to a technical failure, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Abuse & Fraud

No refunds are provided for accounts involved in abuse, excessive automation, system abuse, or fraudulent activity.
