Terms of Service

By using the AllImageLab website and tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms cover free tools, account features and WordPress plugin licenses. Privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

AllImageLab is an online platform for image conversion, resize/crop, compression, color, effects, watermarking, merging and related helpers. Many tools run in the browser; some advanced jobs may run server-side. The Service is provided “as is”; features may be added, changed or removed. Blog content is informational and is not legal advice. The goal is to help users prepare images quickly for web, social and ecommerce use.

2. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping credentials secure. Do not share your account. Users under 18 should not make paid purchases without a legal guardian’s approval.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@allimagelab.com immediately. We may temporarily restrict access or request extra verification when security or abuse risks appear.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the Service lawfully. Prohibited: spreading malware, overloading systems, unauthorized scraping, processing content that infringes others’ rights, reverse-engineering for abuse, or manipulating ads/measurement systems. Unauthorized access attempts and bulk requests that harm stability are also banned. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Paid Plans

WordPress plugin licenses and similar digital products may be sold via providers such as Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoicing and delivery. Free tools may include ads or quotas; paid/PRO tiers may have separate limits and conditions.

6. Payment and Subscription

Paid plans may be subscription or one-time licenses. Cancellation usually affects future periods; refunds follow the Refund Policy. Taxes, FX and provider fees appear on the checkout page. For disputes, contact support@allimagelab.com first.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts for terms violations, suspected illegal activity or security threats. You may also request account closure. After closure, data is handled under the Privacy Policy subject to legal retention duties.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses from missing backups. For critical work, save and verify outputs yourself.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes refresh the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Please review this page periodically.

10. Intellectual property

The AllImageLab brand, UI, copy and software components belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell or commercially redistribute the platform without permission. You retain rights in images you process; you are responsible for lawful use of that content.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Manage cookies via Cookie Settings. Ad partners (e.g. Google AdSense) may use their own cookies and measurement technologies.
